People who want to participate in our company in one form or another are always welcome.

Sale/purchase of shares

Shares of Westway AG are freely tradable. There are 1000 shares. Since they are registered shares, we are – according to Art. 686 OR – obligated to keep a share register. This means that the seller or buyer must contact us after a sale at the latest.

Crowdfunding

The developments are now in the final stages and we have decided to go public. However, it takes time until we are able to cover our costs by revenue. To bridge this time, to guarantee the completion of the products and to cover marketing costs we need money. We are able to raise a part this money; to secure the rest we will sell 20% of our shares.

Currently, 197 shares at CHF 2,000 per share are still available. We accept amounts starting from 50 CHF. As opposed to other forms of crowdfunding, we will give you real shares, you are protected by the law and you may, provided that you find a buyer, sell your shares. The price depends on what the buyer is willing to pay. As a shareholder you have voting rights equal to the value of your stock.

Various products are freeware. These products are free of charge and are funded by donations. If you would like to support us, use the bank details in the legal notice and transfer the amount of your choice stating the purpose of your donation.
